Dear Casey
I came to your office with a mission to obtain hair. As you became aware, I wasn't letting anything get in my way. I knew what I wanted but wasn't sure how it all worked and who to trust with this task. You have an unbelievable gift put me at ease.
I wanted to thank you for the guidance that allowed me to realize I don't have to be embarrassed or ashamed about having this done. I have always been comfortable with who I am, but since loosing my hair I just never felt like me and that has been upsetting.
I left your office on a cloud, floating so high. I don't believe there is a drug on earth that could produce the same effect I felt that day. I believe this was all due to your enthusiasm and excitement for me to accomplish this mission. I left with the security of knowing I made the right decision.
I now wish I had chosen to do this sooner, however timing is everything. There is a saying "A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step," the step for me was very hard, thanks for making it exciting.
